What is PO8?

PO8 is blockchain ecosystem making marine archaeology and the recovery of lost artifacts more inclusive and decentralized. For the first time ever, people from around the world can participate in these expeditions through the tokenization of search and recovery efforts. And, through our decentralized applications (DApps), PO8 provides secure, transparent and cost effective blockchain solutions for registering, authenticating, and transferring these high valued artifacts.

  • PO8 Maritime Artifact Database System (MADS)
MADS allows anyone from around the world to help in the search and recovery efforts of long lost artifacts. Through proof of stake, PO8 token holders can participate and complete any of our bounty tasks and earn free SILVER tokens. SILVER tokens are a secondary token that can be exchanged to PO8 tokens or be used on anyone of our DAPPs. Bounty tasks include analyzing data such as sonar, magnetometer, geo mapping, historical records, weather patterns, video feeds and more.
  • PO8 Historical Artifact Registry System (PHARS)
A decentralized registry platform used to identify historical artifacts and certify their authenticity. We do this by utilizing the ERC-721 token which allows for the creation of unique signature identifications that live in the blockchain indefinitely.
  • PO8 Government Artifact Auction System (GAAS)
Serves as a secure escrow service allowing governments, museums and non-profit organizations to register and authenticate artifact treasures to buy, sell and auction between one another. This is powered by ERC-721 tokens. All users of the platform are validated to ensure they are government entities.
  • PO8 Historic Open Auction Platform (HOAP)
Establishes a safe and transparent decentralized auction house ensuring responsible commerce of artifacts. This permits P08 to auction off a fraction of the recovered treasures and, subsequently, the open sourcing of the platform to anyone looking to create their own auction for high-end artifacts and treasures on the blockchain. In order for artifacts to be sold on the platform, they must be digitized first with an ERC-721 token.
