Asset Allocation Token (AAT) is a utility token supported by ERC20, used as a primary payment instrument and AAT platform token. It will be available for Etherium and Bitcoin during upcoming sales (TGE).

Most of the capital that has been collected during TING AAT will be gathered for research and development of intellectual contracts and solutions for AI. and All AAT receipts will be converted to Etherium coins through the ShapeShift function. Then the converted funds will be sent to the intellectual contract, which will serve as a conditional deposit

The smart contract will audit before the start of AAT TGE for its safety by an independent audit firm. Upon completion of the TGE, the escrow agreement will scatter the AAT token in "My Ether Wallet" to the depositors at a time when the Soft Cap goal is achieved. 40% of the total funds collected will be sent to the CEO and founder to finance the AAT business development needs, and 50% will be sent to another address of the smart contract.

From there, the new smart contract will waste funds in accordance with an agreed milestone, which will be fixed each month in the official AAT Token TGE memorandum.
